Achiever HRMS has function of creating and assigning appraisal form to the staffs for employee appraisals. It provides a proper appraisal form for every staff with various career level. The appraisal form is an important document to evaluate the performance for all staff. Also, it can provide the unbiased feedback when staff ratings, which can facilitate the HR process eventually.

Once the feedback and ratings are provided by the evaluators, the staff will know their actual performance immediately through the HRMS. The system will also suggest some learning materials and directions for certain staff to further enhance their working performance.

After using Achiever HRMS, management level can easily get some HR insights from the HR statistic and made decision for staff, such as promotion, increment, bonus and so on.
